Bitten by the Django bug early on in his exploration of jazz music, the distinctly French brand of Hot Club Jazz inspires him to pursue instrumental virtuosity combined with passionate expression. Not only being satisfied with playing within this musical tradition of the Romani, he pushes the boundary with explorative arrangements, original compositions, and integrating influences from his Japanese background.
